The facial was heavenly – the products they used felt luxurious on my skin, and my therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process. My skin felt rejuvenated and glowing afterward! As for the manicure, I appreciated the variety of colours they had on offer and the meticulous attention to detail. The technician took her time to ensure everything was perfect, and I left with beautiful nails that lasted much longer than I expected. The only minor drawback was that it took a bit of time to get my appointment scheduled, as they seem to be quite popular and busy. However, the quality of service was definitely worth the wait. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning for my next pampering session!

My only piece of feedback would be to have more comfortable seating in the waiting area, as it could get a bit cramped when busy. Despite that, the service and results were outstanding!
